Our story
Every event created by the team at Events Empire is built on a foundation of resilience, creativity and unwavering passion. Our journey began in 2004, with Maudel, a then young mother, navigating the challenges of university life while raising her one year old daughter, all by herself. Strapped for cash but fueled with determination she decided to transform what she loved ie. hosting, planning and bringing people together, into a thriving business.
What started as a way to make ends meet, planning children parties and selling party supplies, soon became something much greater, a company built on authenticity, creativity and heartfelt connection. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations Mandel’s ability to curate unforgettable experiences turned her passion into a purpose-driven enterprise that continues to grow.
